Author ?KELLY TABOR? is a much loved school teacher from South Carolina, when she retired from teaching, her students urged her to write the story of ?LUCY & THE LAKE MONSTER?, a tale created by Kelly and inspired by the Lake Champlain lake monster.
The Lake Champlain lake monster, Champ, has been sighted many times off the shores of the Bulwagga Bay where Kelly grew up. This book includes her own childhood adventures and the legendary tales of the lake monster.
Learn how TABOR teamed up with her own childhood classmate, Filmmaker? RICHARD ROSSI ?to co-write the story and adapt it for the big screen.
RICHARD ROSSI has been working in the film industry for years. His films CANAAN LAND, and BASEBALL'S LAST HERO: 21 CLEMENTE STORIES have been considered for Academy Awards and Oscars.
TABOR collaborated with ROSSI to write the first of this book series. ROSSI's script writing, songwriting, artistic skills, and acting talent gifted the story of LUCY & THE LAKE MONSTER exactly what Tabor needed to fulfill its destination.
ROSSI's artwork, songs, and ability to adapt prose to a script has given the project flight. The book is now available on Amazon and the film is set to be in theaters in 2025.
