BURGER BOMB: 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef 1 Italian Sausage 2/3 Cup of bread crumbs 1/2 Cup of milk 1 Egg Salt and Pepper 1 Cup of shredded cheese Cooked pasta of choice 1 Cup of pasta sauce Optional: additional sauce to serve on side GARLIC BREAD: Loaf of Italian or French Bread 1 TBSP of melted butter 1 TBSP of olive oil 1/2 Tsp of Italian seasoning 1 Clove pressed or minced garlic 1/3 Cup of shredded cheese CANNOLI DIP: 1/2 Cup of ricotta cheese 1 TBSP of cream cheese, softened 1/2 Tsp of vanilla 1 TBSP of powdered sugar Serve with sugar ice cream cones, softened in microwave, and broken Optional toppings: Chopped pistachios, grated chocolate
